Program Secretary

You are all familiar with the table illustrating our camera club programme. The program is on our website and we often refer to it during our Tuesday meetings. We put the program together and adjust it as we go along as a committee during our occasional committee meetings. The editing and maintenance of the table illustrating the program we have agreed is the responsibility of the Programme Secretary - to make life easier, the meeting minutes will be handled by the Chairman.

Those of you in Tuesday’s meeting will know that Elfyn, who has done a superb job of looking after the program, is standing down as Program Secretary and we need a replacement.

Please note that being Program Secretary does not mean that you have the responsibility for providing the talks we have agreed. There are no volunteers for the moment.

So, please, please, please, we need a volunteer to join the committee as Program secretary. Please let any of us on the committee know if you are interested in helping to put the program together for all of us. You can speak to any of us next Tuesday.
